You've got to love the BBC. Recently they've put out some great documentary series, the beautiful seven part The Genius Of Photography, the fantastical three part Visions Of The Future, and the essential Seven Ages Of Rock and the entertaining Office Tigers.
Well now, hot on the heels of last years Soul Britannia, comes Pop Britannia - the story of how Britain modernised, gave teenagers something to listen to and conquered the world of pop.

Where do people find the time to watch crap like Big Brother, X-Factor, What About A Problem Like Joseph, and Strictly Dancing or whatever it's called... Having said that Matt Lucas was very funny, wickedly so, controlling one of the contestants on last nights special new non-racist celebrity big brother type show.
