I'm adding this entry as I keep forgeting my self how to get to the DTS Wizard in SQL Server 2005 Express.
It's simple, from Start.. Run box simply enter dtswizard.exe
But be aware that this will only work once Service Pack 2 for SQL Server Express has been installed.
Intiailly Microsoft didn't include DTS Wizard (or any DTS option in management tool menu). Many internet articles maintain you DTS isn't available for SQL Express, but they are wrong... once you've installed the service pack it will be there.

That is true only you have the 'Business Intelligence Development Studio' component installed previously ;-)
As if the SQL Server Express Edition dropped classic DTS from 2005, say, a couple of docs addressed you have to install the 2000 compatibles for classic DTS; anyhow, from SP1 (at least to SP3) to 2005 you may "accidently" have DTS Wizard installed if you previously configured your 'Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Tools' properly, e.g., with the 'Business Intelligence Development Studio' component (aka 'setup.exe ADDLOCAL=SQL_WarehouseDevWorkbench' if you prefer the command line) ... If you were NOT lucky enough to have the 'Business Intelligence Development Studio' component installed with 'Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Tools' like me, and see nothing by the name 'Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Tools' in 'Add/Remove Programs', you may have to rely upon the registry, since a key SystemComponent=dword:00000001 prevents it from showing up; try to either temporarily remove this key, or run 'MsiExec.exe /I{7B59F8B5-A9DD-4162-BFB4-5A48F0958F91}' alternatively, you then have another chance to check the box by the name ''Business Intelligence Development Studio' and have your DTS Wizard as expected ...
